I live in the Staffordshire Moorlands and so have good opportunities for most types of Photography. I particulary like Bird photography and virtually all the bird shots are taken locally. I also enjoy Landscape, Macro and other types of photography.

I started photography, seriously, about 7-8 years ago after joining my local camera club. After entering club competitions which are judged by external judge's you quickly learn what's good and bad about your photography. I would actually say this is one of the quickest and best ways to learn to take good photographs.

I use Canon gear and used to have two Eos3's until turning to digital, I now have a 40d.

So, all the images on here are either scanned slides, or digital.
